The weight forecasting model analyses your logged weight entries, macro adherence, and activity patterns to project your likely trajectory over the next 30 days. All processing happens on your device — no data is sent to a server.
Does it sync with Apple Health?
Yes. Keto Diet Pro syncs carbs, protein, fat, water, and weight directly to Apple Health. You can enable or disable each data type individually in the app's settings.
How does the AI meal suggestion work?
